Your safety is an essential concern

APPs data gathering, GDPR :
Some data is essential to the processing of your requests. On pages of our Apps where personal data is requested, you will be informed of their possible transmission by the mandatory character (indicated by the * symbol) . However the only mandatory personal  information required for any of our Apps is your phone number when you want a third party to proceed to an alert. In case of data collected by our Apps, it is  never  recorded by our company : such data is only transmitted to emergency third party that you could have entered in the App.

In addition, some Apps require the phone location when an incident is detected in order to send this GPS location to the rescue.

Note that :
–  « BlueBeep Social Distancing » App requires no personal data, but the only location of BlueBeep tag.
– « BlueBeep In Out Traffic » App requires no personal data , but the only location of BlueBeep tag when used.
– « BlueBeep Stop Cluster » App requires your phone number and name entered for contact tracing by visited premises.
– « BlueBeep Mobile Time » App requires your name and your location when check in and check out at work, sent to the employer entered after your agreement.

– « BlueBeep Guardian » series ( CHILD LITE, CHILDREN EXPERT, SILVER LITE ..) require phone number and location when an incident occurs; they are   automatically sent to the rescue entered.

OnLine Store,  data gathering, GDPR :
Data collected are your name, phone number and address. They are only used for delivery , guaranty and after sales purposes.

Permission to access :
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. If you wish to exercise this right, simply contact our responsible service at sav@bluebeep.eu .

Provision of data:
When our company collects data,  the elements necessary to the processing of alerts can be transmitted to third party. When third party has not been entered by the user, we inform the user of the name of this third party and we make sure of the conditions of security and confidentiality of their use.
